Hey everyone!

It's been a pretty fun week in Dover! Let me tell you about it.

Monday was my last day with elder Griffith. We just went by some members to say goodbye and all.

Tuesday! Transfer conference! Got to say my last goodbyes to elder Griffith. Kinda Bittersweet moments but I know that we both got more memories to make:) it was fun to see all my other mission buddies too. My new comp is Elder Brooks from Washington state. Such a rock solid dude with an awesome personality! We went around Dover trying to see as many members as possible for elder Brooks.

Wednesday, district meeting! Elder Brooks was called to be a District leader so I helped him with planing district meeting. After that we had a pretty busy day finding. And then we had our English class. We had 11 people there! And know we are teaching a few!

Thursday was kinda interesting. There was a newly called leader meeting for those who are newly called leaders this transfer. There were three new leaders called in our zone and one of them was my comp so they all had to go and I was in a trio and I wasn't in my area so it was an adventure. Oh and it rained and rained and rained!

Friday we went to service and did some planning. Our goal this transfer is to baptize a family. Not just a person or two but we want to baptize a whole family. We want the ward to be united in missionary work and we think by baptizing a whole family will do that. So we actually after we made our goal we met a family that night and it's such a golden family. Family of four from Colombia 🇨🇴:)

Saturday we had appointments with different members throughout the day. We had an appointment with a family that has been investigating for a few years now. They're interrogators and so we are thinking really hard and praying hard to find something that will change their hearts and be baptized.

Sunday was a very spiritual day. It was fast Sunday and sooo many people were at church. Some ward members that I've never met came and bore their testimonies and they were so powerful, you could just feel the spirit when they spoke. Conference had such a profound affect on the members and we can see it. We went to some apartments after church to try and find a member and she ended up not being home so we knocked around and we were showing the new video that the church came out with #PrinceofPeace and we would ask them who they knew who needed a message like the video. They would give us their friends that live in the apartment building across the street so we would go over and show them it and then they would give us different names to try by so we had kinda of a referral train. It was awesome!

Well that was the week. We are seeing some pretty amazing things happen in Dover but I can't spill all the beans! ;)
Have an amazing week!

Love,

Elder Marz
Elder Evan Marz and Elder Mason Davis from AZ. Mission bestie for sure!
